We bought this pan because we wanted a non-stick ceramic pan that was "easier to clean" than cast iron. In the last few months of using these (mainly for boiling eggs in the morning) I have to say that this pan loves eggs so much it won't let go even if you put them on a plate and eat them want. This is the stickiest nonstick pan I've ever seen. Aside from the eggs floating in the oil, there was nothing we could do to keep them intact. On the plus side, I now love scrambled eggs as they're the only type of egg that makes it onto the plate, whether you're making sunny side up or omelettes.
