The system only came with an installation guide that mentions some features, with no information on what these features do or how they work. use them. In addition to the installation instructions, there should also be operating and programming instructions. I found this promising as it cost about the same as the remotes for the existing system in the van I bought and I still had to redo all the connections as they were crimped (and failed) rather than soldered. But with no information on how to use all the features, I decided to just get what works for me and not bother installing it.
