Tried at our church and at the nursing home where I work. People don't know how to use them without training. When the door is pushed against the wall, these doorstops cannot withstand the pressure of a person stepping on the lever to make them "jump", so you need to be careful to teach people to push the stopper against the wall press, otherwise the door will stop will be in a difficult position. They fall apart, the pin and peg fall out or the spring flies out and is useless after a few weeks! Or the tongue breaks because it's cheap "pot metal" when you press it with your foot. We bought 6 or more of these and installed them on 6 doors and 5 broke within 6 weeks of normal use. Good idea, you don't have to bend down to open the doorstop, but very, very poor quality.
