Poor detergent packaging
Send in for a change. The lid was almost impossible to remove. The instructions for removing the lid (that was the first clue) didn't match the bucket I received. It also doesn't close properly, which means I can't store cereal in the original packaging. Bad design for a good product. I will only buy again if the packaging is changed.
