Review on Braun MGK3060: A Comprehensive Grooming Solution for Men by Raquel Peterson

I have been using trimmers for 12 years. Actually I only had 2 before buying this one and they were both Philips Norelco with multi sizes built in (no extra heads). On the very best day I saw this Braun MGK3060 (famous German company) trimmer for $23 and my Philips was already 5 years old so I bought 2 (one as a gift). After 4 uses I went back to my old Philips. This Braun trimmer has you changing heads (which is fine for me for the price) but the worst thing is that it's not accurate and I have to go through each point 3-5 times to get the same look, and I'm kind of a person who hasn't owned or cared for my beard. I have to press this clipper firmly against my skin and repeat over and over again just to get a nice 3 inch beard. Another problem is that I don't have half inch sizes (e.g. 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 etc.). that I have on my old Phillips. Material and workmanship are solid and good, but the basic workmanship leaves a lot to be desired - I would expect a lot more from a company like Braun, even in this price range. By the way, the type I bought is also a gift for - always say the same thing.
