Review on VaultMR by Girish Underwood

The most useful feature is that you can upload any pdf document for scanning/OCR purposes without having Adobe Acrobat installed or being able of using it. No need download anything else (although some older versions still require java). You cannot have more than one client in each room at once so scheduling might give headaches but otherwise I like how quickly i get what i am looking for (and not miss information due to my own errors). I think it's really well-designed for the healthcare industry. There are some minor things that could be improved like having more integrations with other services (e.g. Google Apps). It is still in its early stages so there isn't much competition yet. I haven't found anything I dislike about VaultMR so far. The benefits include being able to easily access all of the information you need to do your job and keeping track of everything without feeling overwhelmed.
