I bought a card and it worked fine for about 3 months, after that it completely failed. Since it comes with a "Lifetime Warranty" I took advantage of that and sent it back to Kingston and have had to track every step of the return process ever since. I received a delivery confirmation from the post office and had to email Kingston two days after the card was delivered to find out the status of the order. Their website said they would process warranty claims a little quicker. Two days later I received a message that they were forcing the post office to deliver the package, which they appear to have done, although according to their website it should already have been sent. I've been waiting a day for an update on their website regarding the return status and checked it this morning. I called customer service and the lady was very nice but told me the item "had just been delayed" so she had no idea when it would be delivered and had to check with her technicians. engineers? She did not offer a product replacement or any solution other than waiting for the engineers to reply. The card was fine but when it failed I lost everything on it. Now I'm waiting for a replacement longer than I should. What good is a warranty if you can't replace a defective product? I'm not a happy person.
