White ordered, blue delivered. One of the armrests was set back, which was easy to fix, but one of the pre-drilled screw holes wasn't tightened properly and a screw on one of the armrests came loose. It didn't matter much as even a properly fitted armrest came loose after two days. The only reason it doesn't have a star is because it's technically functional, but that sucks. I think it would be better to save up for a dxracer or a similar quality gaming chair. UPDATED REVIEW. Was two stars, now one star because of their terrible customer service. They contacted me about my bad Amazon review, a good start, but refused to resolve my dilemma until I delete my review! You can't hold reviews hostage, that's not how it works. I told them I would happily change my review once I received a proper work chair, which they again declined, stating that they would not repair or replace my chair until my review was posted, even if it was under warranty. I have never dealt with a less professional company. I have transcripts of my emails and they literally intimidate me into deleting my review or they won't help me. I don't know if there are warrant laws in China because after decrypting these poorly written emails, they made it clear they would not back down. So I lost $110 plus guarantee because they can't do their business properly or can't really help their customers without scolding them for deleting bad reviews. SO THEY HAVE FOUR STARS. DON'T THINK LIKE IVAS! You can suck and eat my one star. And they're lucky I can't put zero or minus.
