Review on 👔 Nautica Sleep Lounge Charcoal Heather: Stylish Men's Clothing and Sleepwear by Richard Counts

Hello! We have a lot of Nautica clothing in our family and we still love this brand. Every time I wash this product, it shrinks even on a warm wash. At first I thought it would just sit down once, then I washed it again and would sit down again. They are now about 4 inches shorter after 3 washes. I contacted Nautica directly as I didn't want to write a bad review. I've had emails from at least 5 different customer service representatives and they all say something different, plus they're not even aware of other team members' communications. I'm really sorry about what happened to Nautica. I thought they were a good quality company that treats customers well. They worked very hard to completely turn my positive opinion of them into a negative one.
