I liked the juicer at first. Two weeks after receiving it I had to get a replacement because there is something that is causing the juicer to jam and not release. After receiving a replacement, everything was fine for 5 weeks, then the slingshot jammed and again it was not removed. If you can't remove the juicer, you can't clean the unit as this is the part that holds everything together. I contacted support and received a response asking for proof of purchase and a video of my issue. Both have been sent and I have received no reply. I've made several attempts to get support but haven't received a response yet. money wasted.
