I'm happy with the overall performance of this juicer but when I end up disassembling the part I can't remove it. I have to ask my husband for help which is very frustrating because I often make juice. He even finds it difficult to do so and he is a very strong person. I would NOT recommend buying this if you are a single woman or an elderly person.

Bought this juicer a few weeks ago as I was looking for a cold pressed juicer. This juicer did not disappoint me and the kids. It is very easy to use and assemble/disassemble, it is also very easy to clean. The only suggestion I have is that you may need to re-juice the leftovers as I felt many of them still had plenty of juice, but I've seen this be normal with other juicers so it has didn't bother me. .

I liked the juicer at first. Two weeks after receiving it I had to get a replacement because there is something that is causing the juicer to jam and not release. After receiving a replacement, everything was fine for 5 weeks, then the slingshot jammed and again it was not removed. we have had it for a week now and it works perfectly. It has a very quiet motor so we can make juice while others sleep. The cleaning is also one of the best parts compared to those we have used before.
