we have had it for a week now and it works perfectly. It has a very quiet motor so we can make juice while others sleep. The cleaning is also one of the best parts compared to those we have used before. The included brush works great and has a rotating tip that can be a brush or hard object to clean the ejection hole (or whatever it's called). We juice twice a day and don't mind cleaning (which is the first). Overall this is a great machine. Generally he does what he has to do. My husband says if he needs to add anything for future improvements there should be room to fit a larger "trap" and accessories when not in use. We want to keep it off the counter, but the accessories should be right next to it. I suspect he's suggesting the car have a pair of hooks or something to attach those three pieces to the car when not in use. Another improvement would be to make the cleaning tip a bit longer at the end. Sometimes that works the way it is, but he's found that using a straw helps pierce stuck things when cleaning in the sink. We loved it and order a curbside pickup every 3 or 4 days because we are motivated to use this machine.
