Ecoe has been instrumental in helping us develop our processes as well as providing ongoing support with implementation and training opportunities within this new organization. The staff at ecoe are very knowledgeable about their products which makes it easy for them to help you design your solutions. They can be slow sometimes when responding but they have great customer service skills so we're able to work through any issues quickly! We've realized substantial improvements across all areas of process improvement including efficiency gains and increased compliance levels from audits by both internal teams and external parties such as auditors or regulators.
