Follow up 06/24/2021, they sent me a new one. Great customer service. When I went to get it replaced I found that it was my problem as the cable got damaged during installation and eventually failed. I fixed the cable and it worked (apart from the switch which I didn't want to use anyway without the power on) I emailed them to offer to pay for the change and instead they asked me to write back yv , so here's an update. Good product!
