Review on Norpro 25MM Stainless Steel Scoop - Ideal for .5 Tablespoon Measurement by Kelly Mitchell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

All small blades checked.

So I ordered all the small plates available at Revain. Sure, I'm a psycho, but I have Revain Prime, so shipping was free. Anyway, I thought you all might enjoy my analysis. I've added a picture of the vanes and balls to the article, see alternate picture. The balls are made from fairly hard white chocolate ganache whipped straight out of the fridge. Two measuring spoons are displayed for each dish. On the left is a knife-studded shovel, on the right is a slightly rounded "natural" shovel (left to right, see image). I bought a Norpro stainless steel scoop, 25mm (1.5 teaspoons) and keep it with me. , because I really wanted a very small spoon (balls of 6-8 grams came out). The second largest and most expensive of the two scoops of the Zeroll Universal Small EZ Disher Food/Ice Cream Scoop, Orange, followed by the Zeroll Universal Small EZ Disher Food/Ice Cream Scoop, Bordeaux. They had good spoons but I returned the Zerolls as I found the plastic handles quite cumbersome with very chewy dough. They are followed by a small Oxo Good Grips and an Adcraft cookie spoon (available at a local restaurant supply store) which I think work best for cookies or small meatballs, but if you like larger truffles these can be used for that. too much of. The small Oxo Good Grips cookie scoop has the most comfortable grip ever. It turned out that ganache balls weigh 14-19 grams.
