Excellent product. It worked as soon as I installed the drivers on my Surface Book2. The main reason I wanted this was to offload some connections from the surface dock. It chokes when I have 3 monitors, ethernet and 2 USB devices and the docking station can't handle it. I swapped out 2 monitors and ethernet to this unit and now everything is running so smoothly. I can get even more speed with gigabit fiber since I'm always wired. The only downside is that I really wish the cord was a bit longer. Sometimes I worry that the cord will just fray because it's so small and so tight.
