The router was fine but I had problems with customer service. The only reason I'm writing a review is for Motorola's customer service. The router description says the manufacturer will service it for 90 days. When I had problems with the router I called Motorola and their service was outsourced except I could barely understand the agent. On the first call he said it would take a couple of weeks. for the router to recognize your computer. When I called back later they told me it only has a 30 day guarantee and I'm late, waste of money. Not because of the router, although it had issues, but because of the customer service. I believe it was a scam and I don't believe it was factory certified. I think it was just a used router that they put in the box. However, this has nothing to do with Revain, although my 30 days have been extended by 2 or 3 days. Revain gave me a full refund and I used it to buy a new router.
