Its high functionality.

Overall a very functional wheelset. The wheels are held on by cotter pins, which doesn't give me confidence that they will last long. Many kits use cheap metal, one part - the handle holder - is all plastic. I also got two extra bolts and one extra nut. I don't think it was intentional. After all, I can move this heavy generator much more easily.
