I'm a satisfied customer - easy to use - and they're responsive

I like that it has an easy setup process for integrating with our platform as well as tracking user activity across multiple channels (email marketing/ webinars). It's not always intuitive how you can use some of its features but there are plenty of support resources out there if needed! They have been very responsive in helping us understand what they do better than other options we were considering at this time so far no complaints about anything yet. We haven't found any specific feature or benefit from using them over others available on marketplaces such as Marketo / Pardot etc., however, having all these platforms integrated together makes life easier when managing complex campaigns where different parts need attention depending upon which channel someone was active within. The ability to track activities by individual team members allows me to quickly see who needs more training on certain tools without relying.

  • Easy deployment one click installs work great both inside SFDC & outside Salesforce.Integrates seamlessly into sales force automation allowing integration between email messaging content management system..and CRM toolset..Also integrates perfectly wth analytics services providing additional insight through their reporting capabilities...Easy customization capability making unique pages is incredibly simple once done correctly :)..Abilityto deploy reports easily via builtins report designer interface
