Great Customer Relationship Management Solution

It's easy to use for both marketing and sales teams. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive. I wish there was an android app so we could access it from anywhere. There are some features that seem like they should be easier to use than they are. For example, creating custom fields in the user profile view for my account team members. We can't create our own profiles or edit existing ones, which makes this feature useless. And it's really difficult to find a good tutorial…

Easy solution when tracking traffic data

It's easy to use! I like that it has the ability to track my website visitors, allowing me to see how they navigate through different pages of my site. The reporting features are also very helpful for determining what content performs best with our audience. We're able to find out which posts receive more engagement from customers than others. This allows us to focus our efforts on writing high-performing articles. Not much at this time. If you want something simple but powerful then try it…

I'm a satisfied customer - easy to use - and they're responsive

I like that it has an easy setup process for integrating with our platform as well as tracking user activity across multiple channels (email marketing/ webinars). It's not always intuitive how you can use some of its features but there are plenty of support resources out there if needed! One tool no matter platform to streamline info

The ability for me as an admin user with little technical knowledge was able create custom fields easily without having any coding experience at all! It saved so much time tracking my clients needs & getting them what they wanted in one place where before I had multiple spreadsheets/spreadsheet programs that were hard or impossible keep up-to date because of how many people used it daily (and sometimes hourly).
