The ability for me as an admin user with little technical knowledge was able create custom fields easily without having any coding experience at all! It saved so much time tracking my clients needs & getting them what they wanted in one place where before I had multiple spreadsheets/spreadsheet programs that were hard or impossible keep up-to date because of how many people used it daily (and sometimes hourly).
That being said there are some minor bugs heren'there but nothing major enough we can't get past unless you have someone who knows code well just like us :) We're solving our client's customer service problems by making sure everyone has access across platforms from mobile devices through desktop computers via email etc - keeping track not only sales information about customers coming into contact wtih each person within your team however also feedback which helps determine if anything should be changed internally ewwhatsayin?
