These lift brackets replaced the old ones on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler. You don't really know how bad your old ones are until you bang your head on a low window or just realize it's time. I forgot how easy this window is to raise and how firm it is to lower and lock into place. If your window won't stay all the way up or falls very easily when closed, then it's time to replace your jacks. Use them and you will be happy.
