Last year I really got into smoking and grilling. I used a lot of foil and it worked great, but once I found this material the game changed dramatically. The foil is completely off my smoker and I wrap all my stuff in it. It seems to do the job better and not only keeps the marinade and seasonings close to the meat but also creates a better crust on many meat products. Not only is it worth the money, but I plan on keeping it at my house until I stop making brisket, ribs, pork ham, or anything else that ends up in my smoker! MUST BUY!
