I CAN INSTALL IT TOO!

I have no idea about tools. When I was working on oil rigs to go to college I was sent for an 18 foot left handed pipe wrench. I watched a video on youtube a few times and within 15 minutes the fender was snug on the front of my bike. Looks made for my bike. The Brits just do great things! It doesn't rain that much in South Texas, but I'm 100% sure my glasses will stay clean when the rain blesses us.
