Keeps feet dry and warm!
Salomon runs large so I took half a size smaller than usual. Fits well but is still roomy which is perfect when I wear thicker socks in winter. I love Gore Tex. I had heart surgery last year and my heart was reconstructed from the same material. At the same time, the material is durable and comfortable. I was surprised at how warm my feet stay outside. Sometimes I think they sweat. Ideal for cold weather.
