I love grilling, but sometimes my chicken is undercooked. We only realize it when we sit down to eat. Until then, the grill is off and covered, so let's finish cooking the chicken in the oven. Since we have this thermometer, this is no longer a problem. I choose what I will cook and the degree of roast. When I check the meat the screen turns green once it has reached the right temperature. If I've cooked it too long, it will turn red. I haven't served an undercooked chicken since then.
