This zester is exactly what I was looking for. Garlic, lemon, and cheese all do this very well and effortlessly. I cook all my meals at home and find a use for this thing all the time. It's spicy but not too spicy where it feels dangerous and/or too harsh for something like a lemon. I also like how it feels in my hand - it's sturdy and the grip makes me feel in control. I am very happy with this zester and would recommend it to anyone who needs it.
