Review on Watermelon by Kevin Hawkins

The best thing about this tool was its ease of use which allowed my staff members easy access into it without any training or assistance from me! I think that they should provide more options like having an option where you can have multiple accounts open at once so we could easily look up who had what tickets as well.

Also i would love if watermelons system showed when people logged onto our website because sometimes clients didn't remember how long ago someone did logon before them but now using WATERMELON makes sure no such issue happens again!!
