The sound is quite satisfactory. It was not possible to compare with headphones with noise reduction, but in a private house everything is normally audible (I remove the snow in them with a snow blower), the basses are good, the tops are a bit small but not critical. By the way! I gave my son a ng 590 series and my son and I did not find the difference between them. I read comparisons for a long time, in one place they wrote that 590 are coming with the program ate, but 500 are not. P. S.: I don’t like the control buttons, it’s not convenient to switch tracks, but I can get used to it, because I’ve been using headphones for less than a month now.
