Defective ink cartridge
The packaging arrived undamaged but when I put the cartridge into the HP printer it was defective. Unfortunately I did not use this cartridge for several months after delivery so Revain would not accept a return. Instead I was referred to HP support to return/exchange a working cartridge. I will update this review when I get a response from HP.
