When I received this I immediately noticed that the magnet was twice as strong as another brand I had bought to compare. I also noticed that the drywall requires 3 screws to attach while the other brand only had 2 screws. That was my first problem because I'm attaching them to the top of the door, so the other piece needs to be attached to the drywall with the plastic wall anchors provided. TIP: Install the part with the magnet first and let it hold the other part, open the door and make sure the part is flush with the door when it touches. .
