Review on 🔧 AMP Research 75315-01A BedStep Bumper Step for 2015-2019 Silverado & Sierra 2500/3500 - Retractable, Improved SEO by Daniel Shivashankar

AMP Research seems to make a decent product. I haven't had any issues with clearance, for example tread friction seems to work well in the stowed position. I have a 6 inch lifter on a 2018 2500hd so this step comes in very handy when getting in and out. While I understand some of the complaints others have about crossing feet and legs, for me, my age and size, it's ok so far and I would buy it again. The instructions aren't very good but it's understandable and I had to drill a hole to get the bolt which wasn't mentioned or suggested anywhere. Also one of the bolts needed a swivel extension and a universal socket or extension adapter. It's not Amp Research's fault, they just used what GM had in there. Overall the installation went well, but not "easy" as it required improvisation and a few tools that the average person might not have.
