A friend of mine has a micro slicer that I love. It's sharp, smooth, and makes it easy to grate hard cheeses (Parma, Asiago, etc.). Eventually I gave up and found the exact model that matched hers. but here i am Either I have a blunt or I don't believe this product is legit. When you try to use the blade, what is being rubbed will "slip" along the blade, making it extremely difficult to use. When skipping the product, the blade tends to slip and get menacingly close to your hands. Not good. I would not recommend purchasing this item. Spend a few bucks more and buy from a reputable store where you can be sure you are getting the product you paid for. I only wish I had tried sooner so I wouldn't miss the 30 day window to get it back. Spring.
