The chisels in this set were fine, the bevels were even, the corners were sharp, there were no nicks on the bevel. With a bit of sanding and buffing to make them flat and smooth they would be good value for money. The hammer just shits on a stick. The only good thing about the hammer is that the head is made from quarter-sawn beech. The mortise and tenon connection was terrible, large gaps in the connection due to poor quality of work. This whole set is coming back and I will buy the chisels and hammer separately and try to get a good hammer or just make my own.
