Like many others, since staying home during the pandemic I have become more involved with baking, especially bread. I got this after rekindling my interest in sourdough baking. Since I haven't baked that much before, I made do with my standard measuring cup. When I first started using this I noticed that there can be a huge difference between grams and cups. I have to say that I was hesitant to use this scale right away because I thought it would have a big learning curve. However, I was ready to go in a few minutes. It was easy to set my record to "0" and start the weighing process. I just finished baking Quick Zucchini Sourdough Bread and it turned out way better than my previous attempts without weighing the ingredients. I love the look of this scale and I think I'll get a lot of use out of it.
