Nicewell Food Scale: Accurate 22lb Digital Kitchen White Scale for Precision Cooking and Baking - Grams and Ounces, 1g/0.1oz Graduation, Tempered Glass Review

Good scales. Unfortunately, the company is extremely fraudulent. Nicewell is not a real company but a brand of a Chinese company. Revine should be ashamed. I've spent a lot of time researching the best American made scales. I even paid more for it than other better products. Nicewell positions itself as an American company.

Excellent scale - does the main functions I need in a kitchen scale (mainly for baking and nutrition). It had the added benefit of being able to hold up to 22 pounds (my last scale didn't, so it's nice to have something to use in my kitchen to measure things) and has even more units. Big scale. The on/off switch is also better than my previous scales. It actually stays off after you click on "Turn off".

Bought in December 2020 and in January it started to act, does not weigh, does not tare, does not switch off etc. According to other reviews the batteries have been changed, still nothing. Emailed the service department on the back of the scale with an order number and a photo of what he was doing. They responded within a few hours and had already shipped the new scales. Received within a day, works great. The service is exceptional, no hassles, they just got it right.

Perfect for the kitchen or eBay. The light blue numbers of this scale are easy to read and the appearance of the scale is elegant. The glossy white dial reminds me of an Apple product. I have a smaller scale, ideal for measuring coffee, that is accurate to 0.10 grams. This one is equally impressive with a larger capacity scale of up to 0.10 oz. Single layer glass top is the best feature of this scale. We replaced an old plastic scale that had multiple surfaces between the dial plate and the section that contains the readings and knobs. The scale I received first sometimes changed the weight measurement by 2-5 grams, I contacted customer service - they asked for a video and I provided a video that I just recorded from my phone. A few things I like - Solid glass top (food won't get stuck in controls). The light STAYS on much longer than my previous scales. I weigh my food to control my weight, and I'm glad the ounces are only tenths of an ounce, not hundredths of an ounce. Seems sensitive and I had only put something on the scale once and it went off after a second. I bought two of these scales. Honestly I've only used them for one day but I'm satisfied.
