Bought in December 2020 and in January it started to act, does not weigh, does not tare, does not switch off etc. According to other reviews the batteries have been changed, still nothing. Emailed the service department on the back of the scale with an order number and a photo of what he was doing. They responded within a few hours and had already shipped the new scales. Received within a day, works great. The service is exceptional, no hassles, they just got it right.
