My niece and nephew are always so bored but they usually don't go out to play until their mom or dad or I (aunt) persuades them to spend some time outdoors. For a breath of fresh air, give your eyes a break from the computer/tablet/TV screens they would ideally be staring at all day if they could. I've been trying to find an outdoor activity that both can physically participate in and that doesn't require commitment to set up or function properly. then I saw it and remembered how much I loved playing it with my dad and sister when we were younger. now and then we would play tee-ball, where my father would serve us, and we would actually swing the tee-bat. but when we didn't do that but threw the ball, it was always much harder for me to catch the ball than just stretching my hand palm up so the tennis ball stuck to my velcro. . It made me feel like I could participate in activities without getting out of shape that made me throw up. In other words, I think it can be used by younger children who typically aren't able to play ball or who don't want to, depending on the case. It can really help to build children's confidence, physical activity and motor skills. you can't go wrong with that. especially for something simple. absolutely recommend. It's a serious bonus that it comes with 6 "paddles" or velcro mittens. The whole family can literally play sometime!
