This is the kind of skirt where you can curl up and make a giant fan out of the skirt if that makes sense. I bought 2 packs for my daughter and was jealous of how convenient and fun it was so I bought one for myself too. We dance, play and skate in these skirts. I can't wait for the summer to wear it more often because it's really comfortable. My daughter wears it all the time despite the cold weather. They are very stretchy and comfy, I think I might go a size smaller than 16 (about 5ft 5in, athletic build 145).
