I have been using this product for many years, it is a good product. I usually go to the store to buy it. But with the pandemic I decided to order from Revain. It arrived and leaked all over the box; It was a mess so I asked for a replacement (which I got). It also spread all over the box. Revane asked me to return the original item but it was a mess. So now I had to pay for two poorly packaged items. This product should not be shipped, especially during the hot summer months. I lost $15 because I don't want to ship this goo back to Revain and there is no human 'service' in their 'customer service'. After all, such products for personal use do not have to be returned, regardless of whether they are sticky or not. (Have fun with my fifteen bucks, Jeff Bezos. Maybe you can buy me a martini as compensation.)
