I used a few years ago and it was great, good sized pillow with just enough detergent. Now the product is junk. The pad is at least 25% smaller, the material is rough and causes skin irritation. You have significantly reduced the amount of detergent in the pad. I am writing this after almost completing the original packaging that I purchased. I will not change my rating. The cloth pad is too small, I need 2 pads, one for each eye. And there is so little cleaning solution in the pad. Here is the best, MUCH CHEAPEST alternative I use. I buy sterile 2" x 2" double-ply gauze swabs and a small bottle of baby soap - mild formula, hypoallergenic, no tears. Good cleaning!
