Quality is top notch, happy with everything.
Although the hunting knife from Kizlyar is fantastic, I had to replace a similar set of Kizlyar knives that had been blunted after spending twice as much. and Kizlyar has stopped making that particular set of kitchen utensils; perhaps they discovered their error with steel. In a nutshell, I think these knives are fantastic. However, there's no need to mention that cutting boards made of glass or ceramic, as well as plates, will dull blades in a month; there's a special table knife for that.
- This is my second set - bought as a gift. The previously purchased set is still in good condition after a year of use, and its handle is ergonomic.
