Arrived the day after ordering in a nice storage box. It feels very solid and sturdy. Well made and easy to hold, not heavy to carry. It has 4 intensity levels and 4 different heads. Changing the nozzle is very easy. I use the ball head for the legs and back. It doesn't hurt at all because its coating is soft yet very powerful. The U-shaped head fits my neck well and I sometimes use a pinpoint head for acupressure points. When I'm very tired and just want to relax, I use a flat head. So far I have used all the heads and they are all very good. Plus, the battery life is amazing and it charges pretty quickly. And color too! you will like it! I bought metallic pink but blue looks great too. My back and neck hurt, and my legs hurt too. I used it in the evenings while watching TV and found I was able to fall asleep and wake up much better. This little machine really helped. I will order for my mother. Definitely recommend for everyone.
