I received my Polk S30, no external damage but was only able to connect it after a month. Spring. it did not work. I experienced internal cable breaks at another company. So I opened it up and the crossover was kinked at the junction. Caught. I just took my phone, looked through my orders and found it, saw I managed to return it and set it up for a refund. As soon as I did that, Revane immediately sent another. Replacing it with a new one was sooooo easy and the delivery was very fast. The new speaker works great. Clear, full, realistic sound. Love it. Nice! Raven treated me right.
