Sometimes you get what you pay for

Dell's CPU fan is $60 and this one is $10 but it's not $10. Three days after installing this fan (which took over an hour of my time) the fan began to rumble, often making loud grinding noises. So now I have to spend about an hour installing a new fan, the OEM version, and take the time to box up this #*@ thing and ship it back to the seller.
