Review on Lenovo ZA0H0064US Tablet Slate Black by Mod Kindred

I absolutely love this tablet. I've tried a few others and have always been disappointed. I watch movies, listen to music, play games, surf the internet. I have never been disappointed. I'm not a hardcore gamer so I don't know how the graphics will hold up with dedicated gamers, but it's fine for my use. As for watching movies on Netflix, it has good graphics and nice sound. What really impressed me was watching and listening to the video that Lenovo puts on the tablet itself. That definitely impressed me. It demonstrates the exemplary qualities a tablet is capable of! Update: 08/21/17 The tablet was having trouble loading and then started doing unexpected things like an unexpected shutdown and weird picture anomalies right after the 30 day point. I called Lenovo and they arranged for me to send it in for repair. They have had it for weeks now and when I call for status they put me on hold and leave me there or they tell me they will call me back and they will never call me back. This happened repeatedly. They gave me the number of the investigator handling my case and I left messages and of course no call back. Once they even told me that they never received it even though they had already confirmed the delivery date for it. I'm in limbo right now and I don't think I'll ever come back. I started researching what others were saying about customer service and found an incredible amount of people who had been having the same or similar issues for at least a few years. I've filed a complaint with the BBB but so far I've seen literally hundreds of endless complaints from them about a lack of customer service and/or issues that they claimed to have fixed and returned with even more problems than they sent them. None have been resolved! Save yourself the headache, spend a little more, and get something that actually has a good history of customer service and proven repair services. In other words, do your homework before you buy. You can get a lot less than what you paid for!
