The product came in nice and neat packaging. Professional presentation so I made sure to include her photo. Some people complained that it was the wrong product or poorly packaged. Either they are considering someone else, or this company has listened to the complaints. I was really impressed. Obviously this is a cheaper product so the parts are just plastic moldings that you won't use 10 times. But I was able to easily get through the two controls without breaking the detail. Did what I expected and am very happy with this purchase. It's not OEM haptically, but I still like it. If someone changed it without noticing me, I wouldn't be able to tell they felt a little tight. Although they feel good on the thumbs. Just not the magically smooth feel of Microsoft factory control. If they wear out quickly I will definitely change my rating. At the moment it's 5 stars for the rating and 4 for the comfort. Buy, don't think. You will be satisfied with this product.
