Review on ๐Ÿฑ Rubbermaid TakeAlongs Snacking Food Storage Containers, 1.2 Cup, Various Colors, Pack of 3 by Brandon Bugg

I have the regular blue but love these useful reliable shells

They are airtight when the lid is screwed on tightly with or without a plastic inner divider. You are not airtight with what is in the plastic divider and bottom of the container. Placed sideways and upside down, water flowed from the bottom of the bin up into the plastic section and lid of the separator as it rotated sideways. if the water could have escaped along the tabs on the lid that screwed it in). I even tossed the jar in the air and caught it a few times after it spun in the air a bit and still no leaks and the lid is still tightly closed. Store dry items separately, for example use it for 2 different dry items such as carrots and crackers or 4-6 crackers and 1-2 biscuits (depending on the thickness of these items). This is a great size for people who want a small bowl of soup/chili/paste as a side dish, or a fourth or more regular sized bottle of dressing/sauce/salsa. If you want a soup/chili/pasta entree and have an average appetite, you'll need a larger container than this. Rubbermaid has the same 2-cup containers that would be much better suited to a main meal with side dishes. from salad to sandwich. For me, even a cup size 2 is not enough to satisfy alone. This 1.2 cup bowl is great for storing things like crackers/cookies that I don't want to break/crumb if they're just in a ziplock plastic bag, or anything that's easier to pull out of a bowl than eat out of a bag. Use as a small salad / vegetable & fruit holder / yogurt holder / side dish holder / snack container for nuts / mix / granola / peanut butter / salsa. The lid did not accidentally fall off like many other containers. Making sure whatever I put in these versions or larger ones stays inside allows me to be more creative and have more variety in what I pack for lunch. The only thing I would like to change about these containers is 2 things: 1) allow me to choose the color I want and 2) offer the same containers larger than 2 cups (e.g. 2.5 cup- 3.5 cups), e.g. B. a slightly larger bowl and possibly a larger cylinder shape (I'd like ones with tight, leak-proof lids. I also know this is more difficult when the lid is larger and the container holds more, which increases the weight load).
