I have used this mop 4 times it was great at first but now I can't get the extension out so my mop keeps getting stuck in the shortest position. When I try to unscrew the rod to get it out it just spins round and round and round but I can't pull the rod out any further. So basically this mop is useless because I can't mop floors if the mop only reaches my thighs. Of course I'm not in the returns window and don't see a way to contact the seller. I observe. I was very happy to buy this mop but $20 went down the drain. Extremely disappointed! ****After I posted my review, the company contacted me and sent me another mop. I am updating my rating to five stars due to the excellent customer service. I have great respect for a company that strives to make their customers happy and goes above and beyond!
