Works just like the famous half price brand
This works great in my Filtrete filter. Just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. There is no need to turn off the water or anything like that. Run the water for a few minutes to fill the filter and you're done. I don't notice any difference in water quality between these filters and the original filters.
